What is it
This guide will show you how to easily create a contractuo account using your organization’s invitation.
Who is it for
This guide is your ticket in if you have received an invitation and don’t have a personal account.
Note: You can only create one contractuo account with an e-mail address. The account associated with that e-mail cannot later be merged with a company account. The same e-mail address can’t be in multiple contractuo organization accounts.

Ready to join the team?
- Open the invitation email: Look for an email with the subject “You’re Invited” from your organization.
- Click “Register Account”: This will take you to the contractuo registration page.
- Choose your path: You can register with your organization’s Microsoft account or create a new account with your email and password.
Joining us through email is super easy, just like registering directly! The only difference is that your email address will be automatically filled in for you after you click on the received invitation email.

Note: If you use a Microsoft account in the organization for which you create an account, we advise to sign in at contractuo with this Microsoft account.
Note: If you create an account on invitation, It is not possible to use any other (private) MS account, but only the account of this organization. Signing-up with any other Microsoft account would result in a separate contractuo account, outside an organization.
Log in with Microsoft
Click “Sign in With Microsoft” if you already use a Microsoft account for your organization. You’ll be automatically logged in and ready to go!

Additional information:
The name in the profile is based on the Microsoft account that is used. In case it needs to be changed, contact your organization’s IT department.
