In the Working Environment of the Prospect Module, your RTS Templates become operational. Implement them within your financial products to ensure your documentation is effortlessly in sync with current compliance standards.

How to find the RTS Templates?

  1. Go to the ‘Prospect Module’.
  2. Select the Admin Environment.
  3. Click on the Admin menu.
  4. Select the ‘RTS Templates’.

How to see the RTS Template structure?

Go to the ‘Prospect Module’ and select the Admin Environment. Click on the Admin menu and select the ‘RTS Templates’.

  1. Click on the eye icon to preview the Article 8 template content.

Additional Information:
You can export the template as a Word, by clicking on the Export as Word button. It will automatically download as a docx document.

How to modify the RTS Templates?

Go to the ‘Prospect Module’ and select the Admin Environment. Click on the Admin menu and select the ‘RTS Templates’. Click the edit pen to enter the modification process.

  1. Change the names if necessary.
  2. Add a description to the Template.
  3. Delete, or modify Form fields. You can also add additional Form Fields from the Sidebar by drag and drop them into the Template.
  4. Rearrange existing form fields by dragging and dropping them into place.
  5. Click the ‘Update’ button to save the changes.

Additional Information:
For predefined conditions, use the hamburger menu icon. This opens settings where you can add multiple conditions tailored to company requirements.
Save your settings to finalize the template.

Go to the ‘Prospect Module’ and select the Admin Environment. Click on the Admin menu and select the ‘RTS Templates’. Click the hamburger menu icon to enter the conditional modification process. Click on a particular statement, to reveal the sidebar with the conditional situation.

Notes: You can add additional conditional situations by clicking on the Add a Condition button and Save the Settings after that.
The templates provide a structured approach to fulfilling EU taxonomy requirements and allow for customization with a drag-and-drop interface and dynamic condition settings.
